Dưới mức trung bình Room was clean but you are kept up all night with doors banging and opening. The doors are an auto lock via password and make load opening noises. Also the corridor doors are on strong spring that slam shut so if you want a good night sleep find a different hotel as there’s no getting away from the noises

Tốt The fact there are no staff at all makes the phone customer service even more important but they did not keep their word and in fact thought it amusing that I may have to call them at midnight because my code was not working as promised. The area on a weekend can also be loud with party goers. I did not like it alas but there are plenty of shops and places to eat and the place looks good on the surface. What was bad was the room was not serviced and it was too cold.

The property was excellent in all ways, however the 5th floor elevator door didn't close forcing us to walk up and down to ad from the 4th floor from the 6th floor with my 83 year old mother. I hope maintenance fixes this.
