Location was good for catching subway and walking to Dontanori area for vibrant activities and food. The hotel is on the main strip so lots if cars and motorcycles reving engines at night. If you are a light sleeper this makes for late night's. Pillows were very firm and the beads which is common in Japan but these were really full and firm. Front desk staff is sitting behind a door-curtain which is a bit odd but were helpful when we buzzed them. You need to pay for locker storage which most hotels do for free but giving front staff isnt sitting out front this makes sense. Place was clean and for the money good value just we struggled getting good night sleep from road noise and pillows were not for us

Good place to stay. Staff are helpful and the area is very convenient to a lot of places. Will go back and stay here again

The property is conveniently located and is close to major attractions, food stores, and train stations. The room is spacious and the amenities offered were great, including the free laundry. The self check-in and self check-out process was also smooth and easy.

Although small, the room was nice and had all amenities needed. The mattress was a little hard and the pillow was super uncomfortable (it felt like a bean bag). The washing machine is free (with detergent) but the dryer cost 100 yen per 30 mins. I i risky put my clothes in for 60 minutes but they came out very wet. One of the staff was nice enough o give me 300 yen to put them in for 90 more minutes. Overall, I put my clothes in for 150 minute and they were still not dry. I recommend using a coin laundry dryer instead.
The staff were super nice and the location was very convenient. However, the drinks station (including water) was only open from 3pm to 10pm. We would get thirsty and have no way to refill our water bottles.
Overall, it’s a nice accommodation given the location and price.

This hotel is in a great location, we found out it was just a short 8 minute walk to the popular areas. Very clean and we felt safe at all times. The downside there is a step up to the bathroom and the beds are rock solid with these little pebbles in the pillows. It is bunk bed set up so if you have mobility issues ask for a handicap room. They have happy hour with coffee, hot chocolate and other drinks we found that a nice touch and we hung out in the lobby a lot that was cool to get a break while everyone in your group gets ready for the day.

Room was relatively clean and very tight for a family's luggage. Only 3 washing machines were available and they are often occupied. Check-in staff and free drinks are only available from 3 PM to 11 PM as well.
