Öncelikle bize geç giriş imkanı sundular ve yardımcı oldular birkaç konuda daha. Odalar temiz ve rahattı. Konum olarak da güzel bir yerde marketlere ve eczanelere yakın. Görevliler güler yüzlü ve yardım severdi. Biz memnun kaldık . Sadece bizim odamızdaki klima soğutmuyordu, söylediğimizde gelip baktılar ama düzelmeyince odamızı değiştirmeyi teklif ettiler. İlgilerdi yani güzeldi tekrar Ankara’ya geldiğimde kalabilirim güvenle.

Room was very small and bathroom wasn't clean

Our reservation was the elite suite (601). Pros- bed was very large and comfortable, 2 split air conditioners, one in the main room and one in bedroom. Provided baby crib for infant (2 year old) at no extra charge. Staff is very friendly. Cons-The window curtains didn't black out the entire rooms, some light still shined through the sides. There was no door between the bedroom and the main room. There were no shower doors, it was just open meaning floor got wet after every shower. Which is why the bathroom floor was very bad, the wood kept squeaking wherever you step. Only 2 pillows and 2 towels(provided more upon request)

Decent place to stay, my AC did not work and got very hot in the room so i opened the windo and the neighbors could look right into my room, also with window open and noise it was difficult to sleep, breakfast was good and location is decent, i found alot of hair in the room from probably the cleaning women, the toilet was lose and shaky and bass oard were lose and sticking out, other than that a decent place to stay

It's good in general but there are some things like TV isn't working, I didn't take the break fast because I didn't know the time and place and the bathroom was not clearing well
