Such a nice hotel! Didn’t love the location

Very comfortable hotel. We got the villa and the space was ample with all the amenities one might need

Despite it’s a new hotel, things are falling apart inside the room already. Water not hot enough. Curtains are not shielding light, even at night it’s impossible to get a dark room. And overall room is simply too small and poorly designed. Breakfast is just okay, from a boutique hotel I would expect something more than why I got. Porridge from 7-eleven is of higher quality. Coffee from the breakfast was disgusting. Funny is they have a cafe too but they charge you 65 baht if you want the good coffee. For the price I paid I feel it was a total rip off.

Overall, a nice hotel to stay in. Would be good if you drive, alternatively, Grab or Bolt. Room door kind of loud when closing(can hear loudly when neighboring rooms close their door hard)

Fabulous place to stay. Staff is welcoming and the rooms feel like a hug.

Had a family room with an upstairs. Steep steps and low rail, not suitable for young children, great bedding and lovely ceiling to floor windows. Cleanliness very good, outdoor bath was fabulous. A little out of everything but used bolt and grab to travel around and that made it totally inexpensive and easy. Good breakfast and coffee shop on site , very pleasant swimming pool.

What an amazing stay!! They were so accommodating and welcoming I felt right at home, not to mention the extremely comfortable room / bathroom and absolutely stunning property! This is a must stay if you’re in Chiang Rai !

We absolutely loved our stay at the LAVANDA in Chiang Rai. We’ve travelled through 6 cities and this was one of our favourite stays! Staff was extremely attentive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend
