The property was clean . In the basement, so no issues of stairs. The owner was very responsive and helpful too. The kitchen was well equipped ( no dishwasher though). The bathrooms and rooms were very clean. The area was pretty central too, easy access to the station through the tram and the metro was pretty close too. Good stay!

Zimmer gut - nur stockfinster weil im Keller und laut. Abwasserrohre der oberen Wohnungen gegen an der Decke entlang und sind Schall technisch nicht isoliert.
Zu teuer für einen Keller.

Finding the location was a little tricky. I used Google Maps to get to the location but there were no signs. I texted Antonio and he came right out and opened the gate. The rooms are about 30yards from the gate. Has a hostel-like shared living room and fridge. We had our own room and bathroom which was very clean. Walls are a little thin and we could hear the folks upstairs walking and talking. Hotel is a two minute walk to the subway and very convenient. Overall great value and we enjoyed our stay!

So convenient to the train station. You can expect it to be a bit noisy being central to the city. We arrived on a early train so had a great check-in experience : )

Tuyệt vời Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel’s location is very convenient, close to public transport and major tourist attractions. The staff is welcoming and helpful.
However, the sound insulation between the rooms could be improved, as noise at night was sometimes noticeable. Despite this, the value for money remains good.

accommodation was awful and the host is not giving prospective clients accurate information about building works being undertaken that directly affect the property. He also
misinformed us about a problem with the bath and the reason we could not use it.

The check-in and check out were both seamless.
The space looked really lovely, tidy. Also Not far from the airport and the Metro

Not a great exterior but the property itself was excellent. Best part was Antonio who was very responsive and accessible. Any issues were addressed immediately. He was available late to let us in as our flight arrived late. He checked in periodically to ensure everything was OK. Only thing I did not realize was that the bathroom was not en suite. It was a private bathroom with a key, and very clean and well mantained. But we had to walk a few steps outside the bedroom in a common hallway to get to it. We got used to it but just wanted others to be aware. The common kitchen and dining space might appeal to some. Good area to hang out or eat a takeout meal. Daily housekeeping was top notch.

We were only in Milan 2 nights, and needed somewhere near to the station. This hotel offered great value and is a 15 min walk away, although even quicker on the tram or Metro. The room was clean and comfortable, and is an excellent choice for someone on a budget.
