Staff happy and friendly, room was clean and well presented. Did not use amenities however can’t fault anything!! 👍 Thank you to the team for a great stay.

Staff were great, helpful with local knowledge and travel advice. Room was very clean, bed comfy and decent pillows! Water pressure was mediocre but that's a minor thing. Would stay again. We were worried about traffic noise but the rooms are well sound proofed.

Staff wers so lovely. Room very comfortable. Pool a great size. Outside spa so warm. Had a great stay.

Booked last minute for a weekend away. 5 minute drive to our event. We were running late on check in and the manager was very kind and stayed back til we arrived. King Suite was roomy and clean. Comfortable bed, though I prefer a firmer mattress. Spa bath was great. It was aged and only one jet worked really well but still amazing to soak in after a big day out.

The check in lady was so friendly. An inspiration to customer service. My son enjoyed the pool even though it was freezing out and the spa was lovely. The room was spacious and included everything we needed. A great place to stay. We will be back.

Hotel was convenient for visiting family in area. Room was clean, with fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave and dinner set/cutlery. Also iron/ironing board provided. Downside was there was very few power points....not one on either side of the bed. Have addressed this with management. Close to Hyperdome shopping centre and Eagle tavern. Convenient for 2 night stay.

We arrived just after midday to attend an afternoon function nearby. As we would be drinking we thought to uber there and back and drive home next day. We entered the room - all looked ok. We were hit by the smell of cigarette smoke. The fridge was filthy - half drunk water bottle, used sachet of butter, used milk - and a disgustingly dirty icebox. The bathroom was cracked everywhere and in need of a fix (not that that was a huge issue). There were two flies happy buzzing about. We decided to lay on the bed until it was time to go. I searched for an extra pillow. No - we were issued one each. Am I being harsh? I don’t think so - I have paid less for better. At $249 in the middle of nowhere for this standard? We ended up packing the car and driving to the function. I had two drinks and we drove home later - happily.

The reception was so lovely and welcoming. The room had a separate Bedroom, and 2 single beds as we were 3 separate adults and was good to have a separate kitchen and table and chairs which gave us more space. We had a beautiful homemade breakfast. Who doesn't love bacon and poached eggs with toast. Yum. Beautiful pool and a separate spa. It is located right on the highway for easy access. Thank you Guys.

What a pleasure to have stayed here. Received a upgraded room. Wonderful friendly greeting on arrival and departure. Room had just recently been renovated, very nicely. Great position. Would happily stay again. Highly recommended
