We arrived at the hotel a few hours before check-in, and the staff kindly upgraded us to one of the best ocean-view rooms. They also looked after our luggage while we explored the city, making our early arrival completely hassle-free. The room was incredibly spacious and perfect for families. My husband and I were able to sleep separately from our toddler, which made for a much more comfortable stay. The bathroom was spotless, and we enjoyed using the bathtub several times. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided, even small touches like a sewing kit and comb. One of our favourite moments was simply relaxing on the couch and taking in the beautiful beach views from the window. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, with something for everyone. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rosamia. It offers outstanding value for money and is perfectly located within walking distance of local food stalls, cafés, and spa massage venues. We would happily stay here again.

The property is nice and clean. Wonderful staff

We had an excellent stay and would gladly return. The location is fantastic, just steps from My Khe Beach, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shops all within walking distance, making it incredibly easy to explore the area without needing transportation. The hotel had everything we needed, and no amenities were missing. We were welcomed with a fruit platter, a personalized apology note about the nearby construction, and complimentary earplugs. It was a small but thoughtful gesture that showed how much the hotel genuinely cares about its guests. The complimentary extras were a lovely surprise, including a relaxing foot massage and a delightful afternoon tea break with tea, pastries and savory bites that was very Instagram-worthy. Breakfast was also delicious, varied, and plentiful. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, but Athena deserves special recognition. She always greeted us with a genuine smile, remembered us throughout our stay, and made us feel truly welcome every time we passed through the lobby or enjoyed breakfast. She went above and beyond by sharing excellent local recommendations and helping us arrange an excursion that perfectly suited our family of six. Her kindness, attentiveness, and dedication truly elevated our experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a perfect location with outstanding service.

Helpful and courteous staff

Location is great, right across from the beach in DaNang. Room was clean and very comfortable. Fast wifi and near many restaurants and coffee shops/bars. We thoroughly enjoyed the complementary tea service, it was fantastic! The breakfast buffet provided many diverse options.....great way to start the day. The pool area was also a nice add with fantastic view. The Guest Relations Manager Chu Van Anh went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. She assisted with medication that needed to be refrigerated, provided great local recommendations and assisted with our airport transportation. She represents the Rosamia brand well. All of the staff were kind and helpful. Fully recommend Rosamia for your DaNang stay.

Hotel location was excellent right opp to My Khe beach. However most of the staff didn't know english, except for Anh who was very helpful. The room was smelly, very old and dated. The construction next door was very noisy. Rooms were not sound proofed, we can hear noise from hallway. The bath room was getting flooded every time we used the showers due to poor design. They even got us to pay for damaged shower head which was not our fault, so they retracted after we explained. Definitely this is not a 5 star hotel as advertised. It's only normal 3 star.
