We liked the simplicity of the rooms; spa and service was truly amazing. Nice pools and beach club. Food was great. Neighbor St Regis access is great for dinner at Toro and walking just to see( we have stayed there before and it is awesome as well) Make sure that you have unobstructed view to the room TV or ask for a change.we did. Overall loved it

Had a fabulous trip to Edition Kanai with my husband, mom and brother to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. The service was excellent, so many places in Mexico say they are 5 star and are not. This one is. Edgardo (manager) was helpful with reservations and checked in on us frequently, Jassel (guest exp) arranged for decorations and an amazing cake in our room upon arrival, Ricardo at the bar was so sweet and made excellent cocktails, and Ramon at the pool made sure we were never without shade, food and drinks. The housekeeping, other bar/restaurant/pool/beach and room service staff were amazing too. The staff overall were so thoughtful and kind, which is what makes great stays unforgettable and unique. The property and rooms were beautiful and modern, with potted plants everywhere and everything was impeccably well-kept and clean. There was plenty of space at either pools and the beach and they had a service cleaning sargassum on the beach the entire time (which is a big issue at other properties in the area this time of year). The food was GREAT. You are invited to visit the neighboring St. Regis and Auberge restaurants as well, which is nice, but the food on property was especially well-thought of and prepared with fresh ingredients. Even room service food was outstanding, which is hit or miss even at the nicest hotels. My husband and I are already planning our next trip out, but will remember this one for a long time.

Wonderful staff, extremely accomodating and welcoming, above and beyond. Great restaurants, great facilities. Brought our 18month old and they had a crib and were extremely welcoming to her as well. 10/10

Loved the hotel - unfortunately there was a large group event and some restaurants were closed but overall staff to guest ratio is amazing, great food option although a bit expensive

Beach is not the best, but everything else is superb! Somewhat overpriced. Staff could do better at communicating with restaurants,

Our stay at the Edition was nothing short of spectacular. From the staff to beautiful grounds and dining experiences, we were attended to thoughtfully and intentionally. Thank you to Edgardo who checked in regularly! We cannot to return!

The rooms were amazing. I was shocked at how large the suites were. The restaurants are also excellent.

Everything was amazing. Best hotel staff I have ever seen. Hotel design fantastic, food wonderful, cocktails perfect. Pools warm. Beach terrific. Cannot say enough about the quality of everything
