Hugely spacious and charming room opening to the courtyard. Inside, the hotel is decorated with high-quality, beautiful artwork that was a delight to examine each time we came home (don’t be put off by the cheap looking red bows on the outside of the building). Location was good and close to the metro. Tons of eateries all around and a good neighborhood vibe. An easy walk to Galleries Lafayette and the Palais Garnier. You can hear the low rumble of what I think is the metro line below, but it’s a fairly quiet sound. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Problemas com o check-in. Falha na comunicação. Fiquei 2 horas esperando envio de senhas para entrar no apartamento.

La struttura di per se non è male, un plauso al letto molto comodo, anche se fatto alla tedesca, con il piumone appoggiato sopra. La cosa che mi ha dato fastidio è stata la gestione del check in e la comunicazione. Quando viaggio per lavoro prediligo strutture ben servite, ho scelto questa perché ho letto che c'era la reception sempre disponibile e una colonnina di ricarica in struttura. Poi scopro che per accedere devo fare il checkin virtuale, con tanto di scansione documenti e selfie per provare l'identità. Non mi rispondono al telefono, né su WhatsApp. Una volta in struttura al posto della reception trovo un QR code. Riesco a chiamare e mi dicono che la reception è sempre disponibile (online) e che la colonnina (a pagamento) è in garage, ma per entrare e trovarla, devo pagare l'accesso. Con fatica pago al link, e ricevo il codice per entrare in camera, ma mi sento un pò preso in giro, sinceramente.

Although off a very busy road, property was super quiet, especially at night. Stresa was less than a half hour drive away. Supermercato was a two minute walk. On a rainy day the gym next door let us try the facilities for free

Ok para una noche pasando por el Lago Maggiore, una parada de pocas horas, en el contexto de un viaje mas largo.

Bathroom dingy and needs to be remodeled. The bathroom vanity countertop should be a different material. No hand towel hangers in the bathroom sink area. The kitchen faucet was hard to open and close. I kept hitting the light fixture above dining table, was too low, and not in the center of the table. I asked not to be disturbed the entire time i was there but i had housekeeping service while i was out. 😡 You could only watch few tv channels, the rest of the channels due to maybe loose or damaged connection had a weak signal, resulting in scrambled or pixelated channels. There were couple of pillows left in the wardrobe that had sweat smell.

At the check in I asked not to be disturbed the whole time i as staying there, and also confirmed the next day that I dont need housekeeping services but on the day before check out i was out for a few hours and when i came back the housekeeping had gone into my room. 😡

Helpful staff. Great location for people working in the area.
