The property and amenities were amazing and the service was top notch. Be prepared to spend some money in Tulum though. Nothing is cheap

Avoid this place. Other than the nice cenote, cost does not match the experience. Understaffed, backwards billing concepts, overall poor stay.

This is a perfect place!!! The vibe… omg, is incredible, everything is beautiful, clean, magical and amazing. The food is delicious! And the cenote is a cherry on top of the pie!!! Wonderful

We had a magical 4-night stay. It’s a calm, beautifully designed oasis with standout service across the board—from reception and concierge to security and the restaurant team. Daily yoga was the perfect reset, and the breakfast is hands down the best in Tulum. We left feeling relaxed, recharged, and already planning our return. ✨

This hotel is absolutely stunning. Even though it feels like you are in the middle of the jungle, not one insect in our room. The cenote (natural pool) is breathtaking. They have free bikes to use and since the room is a beach town, it was walking distance to some of the most popular spots like Tantra Tulum Ilios the Greek restaurant, both are great scenes to party or enjoy company. The staff was spectacular and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and we will for sure be coming back.

Amazing hotel with a private cenote, a little piece of paradise away from the busy street. Very serene place to enjoy a great DJ during the day, reading by the cenote, enjoying good (however pricey) food and drinks. The low point… we lamented being given a premium room with a view on abandoned structures that ruined the experience. Tried to change our room but the hotel management was totally deaf to our request, and only offered to upgrade us at a cost $65/night when we were already paying in excess of $300… so they left us with a very mixed feeling….
