Dưới mức trung bình Staff was super sweet and quick. Location was great.It was really small and tight space for me to use the restroom. I woke up with ants in my bed and my mom got allergic reaction. The air conditioning was minimal and I couldn’t make it cooler and struggled to sleep at night.

The room was clean. The staff are very friendly. The location is convenient (within close walking of the metro station). The only drawback we experienced is that the shower does not have enough pressure. When turned all the way to hot water, the water is very small and lukewarm. When turned in the middle, more water comes but it is cold water.

I would not rate this hotel as 3 stars. It has the feel of a dorm. In the hallways there is a strong smell of old and disinfectant, the bath was OK. They offer an overpriced breakfast, much better to go to any of the cafés closeby. The front desk people were very helpful.

They did not have the air conditioning turned on and said the service man had not come to change it over. Even though it was the end of April and clearly needed by then.
My 89-year-old mother's door lock jammed, and she was trapped in her room. I had to go get the staff to unlock the door. I asked for a key but each room only had one key.
The staff member actually walked into the room, closed the door, while my mother and I were in the room, and tried to open it herself. We almost did not get out. After a lot of effort, we finally got the lock to work and open the door. The fact that the staff did not offer to change her room immediately showed their lack of professionalism.
Check-in took 10+ minutes because they had to log our passports into their system. Worst check-in I have experienced in a long, long time.
The restaurant downstairs was not accessible by elevator, so if you have any major disability, then you are out of luck. If you want a spice or condiment with your breakfast, you will need to go out and get it. They do not have or provide even something basic as Pepper.
The rooms were worn and not kept up. Cracking of paint on the walls and, of course, the lock on my mother's door are just a few things.

Breakfast is optional, not included. The property is on a busy street, but convenient to the Last Supper painting in church nearby. Has an elevator that is convenient, but it is small. (very small) Rooms only have AC when it is turned on in May. Comfortably simple.

Room was clean, there was no functioning AC in March-April when it got really hot. Also walls are very thin and you can hear others.

Dirty!
All the hotel is dirty, the reception, the elevator, the carpet, the rooms, the bathrooms, everything.
On top of that, the rooms were not as advertised in the pictures on the internet.
We ended up changing for other hotel.

No ac.or fans available. The fridge was broken. The beds and pillows were hard. The shower doesn’t drain well and standing water is unhygienic. Bedding was clean and staff were helpful but the facility is a 2 star not 3.

just as advertised, clean, & super friendly staff! the walls are a little thin if you wake easily to noise, but it was a great stay! Super easy to get around & conveniently located near a metro stop.
