When I saw them, I immediately checked out. The manager refused to refund the money for night I didn’t stay because I didn’t cancel 24 in advance! If I had known of the infestation I never would have booked in the first place!!

Had a small continental breakfast (worst I've ever seen). Had a room with an stove to cook but no utensils (pots, pans, plates, or silverware in cabinets). I've stayed in other hotels with this setup and had these available to use if desired. Dehumidifier in room completely full had to empty it myself. No ice machine on any floor and no ice bucket in room. Although convenient and easy to locate would not stay here again. Staff very friendly.

Rất tốt rooms r very clean with cleaned linen n towels, corridors r smelly a bit , in room kitchen , sink, refrigerate maintained well..breakfast is aweful, dont know why they even keep that option, its a sham imo.

Dưới mức trung bình The bedrooms were disguising period but the worst part was HOW RUDE THE SCREAMING LADIES IN THE FRONT DESK WERE!! I definitely do not recommend this hotel at all hotels.com should stay away from doing business with them!!

Dưới mức trung bình The lady’s in the front desk extremely rude, they open our bedroom door while my teenage daughter was getting out of the shower and got angry at her for telling them to get out the room. This place is a definitely NO!

I think it was too much chlorine in the sheets or something, but bed was itchy, and hard. Hallways smelled of small animals. Wouldn't stay there again.
