Very friendly staff. The first room we checked into was not good and they helped us changing to a much better room right away. Rooftop is excellent!

Excellent pool and views of the acropolis. Rooms are comfortable but could use some update. Staff were okay not attentive

This hotel is what it is. A good overall standard and decent for the price. Pretty much what you would expect for a Hyatt in Greece. However… certainly not a 5* hotel or experience. Staff were ok but did not go beyond being ‘ok’. Wait times were poor (for 5*). Room was big and spacious, clean and had everything we needed. I booked an Acropolis view - which we didn’t get. Room as on the 1st floor so no view other than a busy road. I also paid for the club lounge which was ok too. Food varied considerably from one day to the next. Pool area is nice, but needs more beds. Service at the pool was slow. Some areas are in need of attention in the hotel but nothing too horrific - just looks tired in some places. However, would I stay again? Yes probably - for the price point and overall quality… yes. Would I stay again if I wanted a 5* hotel - no.

We were told that the lines to check in were very long, but we got in around 7 PM and there was no line, I believe it would be better to check in the evening.

Check in and out were a disaster, not enough experienced staff. Hotel was ok apart from that, but no intention to stay thete again. Will fond a different location when we return to Athens

1.5 hours to check-in!! carpets are extremely dirty , w stains all over. Don't give enough toilet paper and towels. Most staff are rude no sign of management running things. defiently not a 4-5 star hotel. More like 2 stars, breakfast buffet was awesome though

Aside from the long, Long line for check in and check out this was a wonderful experience. Clean,modern, well situated and the breakfast is extraordinary. We’ll be back!

The worst experiences we ever had any a Grand Hyatt Hotel. Managers and attendances completely disconnected.

Be prepared to wait over an hour for check in. They are extremely inefficient when it comes to the check in process. Lines and lines and only 1 person checking in people at 3 PM check-in time. We were not greater once when coming to the hotel. A hotel this level, the staff in lobby should greet you every time. We booked two rooms and called to have the rooms unlocked in between. It took three phone calls and two hours to receive the simple service. That being said, the rooms are great. They are very spacious and well maintained. The amenities are amazing. The service at the Pool bar on the ninth floor was amazing. The team there is so welcoming very friendly and very efficient. The restaurant itself is beautiful and food is great. The hosts is extremely unwelcoming. We asked to be seated outside for dinner, she stated that the table was reserved. We stayed there for two hours for dinner and the table continue to be empty the entire time. You will not get a smile out of the hostess. The team on the first floor restaurant/café is also amazing and has great customer service. They are very friendly and efficient. Overall, the hotel is amazing with great amenities. The staff just needs additional training.
