NO HOT WATER I would not recommend staying at this hotel. One of the most basic expectations of any hotel is having hot water, and unfortunately, our room had none for our entire stay. When I called management to report the issue, instead of sending someone to fix it, I was told to go to the hotel’s kitchen and turn on the sink there to see if that would somehow make the hot water work in my room. I’ve never experienced such an unreasonable request at any hotel. Despite reporting the problem multiple times, the issue was never resolved. We were forced to take cold showers throughout our stay, which was unacceptable. To make matters worse, the customer service was extremely poor. The staff was dismissive, unfriendly, and even hung up on me during one of my calls while I was trying to get assistance. Rather than apologizing or making an effort to resolve the situation, they made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. A hotel charging guests should be able to provide basic necessities like hot water and respectful customer service. Unfortunately, this property failed on both counts. I cannot recommend staying here.

Room was large, central location , good air -conditioning

First I like the location near by shopping and attractions places. Just a few minutes away to walk. Like for me I cannot walk too much. So I go one place or two and come back to room and rest. After I rest go out again. So very convenient for me. And second the balcony I like the view from balcony. Because of fifth floors. And it’s said no elevator. Actually it has elevator but not to direct floor. Just a few steps to the fifth floor where upper view suite. So don’t scare like me to walk all the way to fifth floors. Just a few steps need to walk.

If you’re looking for a semi-affordable and convenient place to stay, than this place ticks both those boxes. However, I would have a decent search around and see if you can find something better elsewhere as there were quite a few problems with this place that really threw us off our experience of Rome. First of all, the ‘reception’ is a 10 minute walk away from the actual hotel, so if you arrive early and need somewhere to dump your bags, you need to walk down several busy roads and cobblestone alleys with your bags to leave them. After waiting until our check in time of 3pm, we collected our bags then walked back to the hotel exhausted to find our room was still absolutely trashed from the people who stayed there before us. Dirty towels and food wrappers were littered across the floor. This place also uses WhatsApp to communicate with reception, but they never answer their messages, so you have to call several times. Once you do get onto them, they’re pretty rude too. Once the cleaner came, (we had to leave again for another hour and a half) he did a great job and the place was super clean. However I couldn’t shake the feeling that something just felt off - I couldn’t explain it. For a place that’s just minutes away from the Trevi Fountain, it is super quiet - however, there’s lights in the room that won’t switch off in the night - so if you need complete darkness, bring a mask. Safe to say we left with a sour taste and would definitely not be staying again.

Great location along Via Del Corso, close to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Easy to walk pretty much everywhere. Balcony view wasn’t anything spectacular. A/C was okay, not super reliable. Overall pleased with the stay

I don’t think the air conditioning worked. This is a guest house rather than a real hotel, and there’s no front desk. As a result you should plan to use the luggage lockers in town if you want to sight-see on the days you’re arriving or leaving. The staff said they could hold my bags but after I walked half a kilometer to their main office, no one was present there either. The actual room is well located and convenient. It is quite loud from the street noise but that’s probably most places in Rome.

Location is good. We felt safe. They say there is an elevator but the elevator only goes to a section of the floors but you still have to come down like 9 to ten stairs with your luggage. Definitely not for the physically handicap. You could you leave your luggage in another location but inconvenient. Had to pay 15 euros to get to Upper View from that location. Kevin was helpful. Overall we did feel safe. We did have a ceiling leak from the roof on a dry day. However didn't happen again. Water pressure in shower was weak and I smelled a sour odor.

Brilliant large room, very clean and comfortable with beautiful bathroom. The view from balcony was fab too and great location
