very helpful staff esp front desk when checking in issues with hot water tried what staff told me did not help kind to give me late checkout and food was very good classy service in the restaurant

EXCELLENT customer service, very clean, modern, and the best breakfast ive ever had. All for a VERY affordable price. I will definatly be back every time i visit India.

We had a great time at Sure Stay by Best Western. All the staff was very curteous, humble and polite. Rooms were well kept and bedding was very cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with plenty of food options and made to order omelettes were available. Dharmendra singh and Pankaj made us feel special.
