The hotel in general was really excellent- super friendly and helpful staff, good location, the garden was a wonderful oasis. The room (The Deluxe room with sauna) felt more like an afterthought room concept than a room itself - if you want the feeling of sleeping in a spa then this is absolutely for you- but I felt it was a bit weird - the shower is in the main room so you have to be very comfortable with your partner - didn’t feel the need for a sauna, it was hot enough outside, and overall the spa features just dominated the space so much it was not the luxury experience I thought I’d paid for. That’s probably more my fault than anything the hotel did, I didn’t look closely enough at the photos. There was no plug socket on my side of the bed. No full length mirror. No side table next to the small mirror so make-up for my partner was tricky. Breakfast was excellent though, even if the room felt a bit small when it was peak breakfast time.

Great location - easy walking to attractions, beautiful hotel/rooms/grounds. Staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was great. 10 out of 10!

Can’t fault this place. Staff were super friendly, helpful and provided lots of great recommendations; hotel was very clean and stylish with really beautiful grounds and loads of places to relax. Kalsa (where the hotel is located) is an amazing neighbourhood too. Yes it’s a bit gritty but the hotel is only 10 min walk from the train station and we felt completely safe at all times and it has an amazing nightlife, restaurants, bars and historical landmarks which only added to what was already one of the most unique holidays we’ve experienced.

The room was very nice, and the staff was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious. Thanks again

Beautiful and historic property in the heart of Palermo. Staff was amazing, the grounds and gardens were beautiful. Breakfast was spectacular, super fresh and delicious.
