It's not the best but not the worst if you need somewhere to just stay a few days it was nice it was downtown gatlinburg. There was only 1 front desk person we had to wait about 40 mins at the front desk just to check in it was very hot and humid and when you called the number "for assistance" it just calls the front desk phone number so that was pointless. Breakfast was good again was like 1 worker doing everything but she kept up with it.

Great location, could walk to the strip and Anakeesta was right next to the hotel. The front desk lady was really very helpful. The WiFi was weak and intermittent, there was a brief water stoppage but otherwise all good. Breakfast was good.

We did not have sufficient lights in our room and we had issues with the TV remote.

Staff was friendly and inviting upon check in. Breakfast was clean and set up nicely. Room was clean but there was a faint musty smell and mold on the bathroom door. Nothing major and we enjoyed our stay. It was very convenient to downtown and within walking distance to everything.

Pros: Check-in was easy, staff was helpful, walking distance to the places we wanted to go, breakfast was fine, was able to park outside our room, there is a pool and ac worked. Cons: Requested housekeeping and the room wasn't cleaned. We saw them clean the room next to ours but for some reason we were passed up. Normally that would be fine but no clean towels or soap. The shower curtain didn't keep the water in the shower as we had the use the towels to dry the floor so no one slipped. Our room was run down. Stains on the ceiling, the door was peeling in the bathroom, no hooks or towel bars to hang things up, the beds were hard. We weren't happy with the condition of the room but we were out the majority of the time and only went to the room to sleep. If you can handle a motel environment, it's a cheap place to stay but if you want a hotel environment stay across the street or two blocks down hill for a little extra.

Estuvimos 2 días y fue muy bueno , cómodo, buen lugar y puedes ir a todos los lugares caminando . El cuarto grande la cama cómoda. Lo recomiendo 100%

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, with decent pillows, although they were too soft and tended to lose shape. The air conditioning worked adequately. Breakfast was acceptable, but there were some drawbacks. Milk was only available in a shared gallon container with no individual servings, and only whole milk was offered with no alternatives. The coffee was not hot enough. Cleanliness and maintenance were disappointing. We found long hair under the bed sheets, and the room overall did not feel properly cleaned. The towels were very rough. The shower gel smelled good but was almost empty, and the body lotion had a very nasty smell like an old expired lotion. The shower design was also awful, there is no curtain and a lot of water spills onto the floor during showers. Lighting in the room was poor. There were also several cracks in the ceiling, and the popcorn ceiling was visibly falling off in places, adding to the overall sense that the property is run-down and in need of maintenance.

Excelente lugar y limpio, tiene desayuno y puedes irte caminando para la calle principal y ves todas las tienditas y cerca de Anakesta, me dió tiempo a ver todo tranquilamente. Me dió tiempo a ir Anakesta y Skypark el mismo día si sales temprano.
