We checked in later in the evening to not be in the 6 person family room we booked, instead in a 6 person bunk room. Some might not of cared about this but we have an infant which meant we go next to now sleep sleeping with him in a single bed instead of a queen. We booked the last airport shuttle with the reception desk knowing we had 8 pieces of luggage including a stroller and carseat. When we went to get on the shuttle to the airport there were not enough seats left, only 3 for 4 of us. We were also told that there wasn't enough room for our luggage and wanted to split it between vehicles. I understand that doesn't seem bad but we have had our luggage lost before and I wasn't risking our stroller not making it. The shuttle driver was rude and yelling at me in French, mocking me to the other drive when I sat in the van with the stroller on my lap. She proceeded to mock me again when we got to the airport saying 'see, I told you!'. All in all its an okay hotel to lay your head down to sleep but I did not appreciate the customer service for services we PAID for.

It was the worst hotel experience I’d ever had. It was so unpleasant and shady that we chose to rebook at another hotel nearby

For US residents, this is more like a cheap off brand motel. My review should be taken with knowing that we checked in after 11:30 PM and only had about 5 to 6 hours to sleep before getting to the airport early. Pros: The location to Paris CDG airport was very close, and with traffic it took 25 mins to get to Terminal 2E Cons: We got in late and the two employees were just talking to each other even though I was standing in front of them with my family to check-in. I had to interrupt their conversation to get checked in. The room is very dark even with all the lights on. The room was also dirty, dirt stains on the bed, and the floor did not seem like it was swept (you will see it during daylight when the windows are opened). The first thing you notice is the sewer like smell and it was all coming from the bathroom. The bathroom is a shower toilet sink like when we traveled to Asia, so everything gets wet if you shower. My girls did not like wet toilets and had a hard time keeping their clothes dry while they showered. The smell of sewage coming from the drain was bad and you had to keep the door closed at all times. This cost us about $200 Euros, and you have to pay additional taxes even though it was booked through Hotels.com website. I was expecting for that price, something along the lines of a Hampton Inn, but the quality of service and room felt like a off brand cheap motel. I would only recommend if you need to get the airport quickly and don't mind the uncleanliness.

This is the first hotel that we had without Air Conditioning therefore it was very inconfortable during this hot season. We were provided with a small ventilator totally inadéquat for the room size. The befs were limited in terms of confort. The staff was very friendly.

L'ambiance de l'hotel était super et la chambre familiale correspondait à nos besoins. Nous y retournerons lors de nos prochaines passages vers l'aéroport. L'absence de climatisation et la difficulté à garder les fenêtres ouvertes en raison des bruits d'avion rendait la chambre très chaude par contre.

We wanted to check in earlier than scheduled - you are able to but you would need to pay extra - which is great to have that option. They allowed us to stay at their lounge while we waited an hour. It was welcoming to have air conditioning while it was 37 degrees outside! The staff was friendly and quite helpful. The room was just the right size and clean. There is no air conditioning in the rooms but the big tower fan was perfect! The airport shuttle option is awesome, just make sure you book in advance. There are restaurants 5-10 minutes walk if you want to venture out. Highly recommend staying here.

Hôtel très bien aménagé. Le coin terrasse dehors était parfait. Par contre la climatisation de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas en pleine canicule.

O local é distante para quem pretende ir para Paris, mas é uma opção factível. Fica a 5,4 km da estação de trem (Terminal 1 Roissy), e os ônibus gratuitos do aeroporto não passam pelo hotel Eklo, o que é uma pena, pois encarecem o deslocamento trem x hotel. Adorei a recepção, pois é um ambiente alegre e aconchegante. O atendimento de todos os funcionários foi atencioso e simpático. O café da manhã é muito bom, cobram 10E pelo buffet completo que inclui ovos cozidos, pães, croissant, pão de chocolate, frutas, sucos, geleias, etc. O quarto é pequeno, porém confortável. As roupas de cama e banho são limpas e cheirosas. Não teve serviço de quarto durante a estadia, mas não foi um problema. Oferecem sabonete líquido, shampoo e secador de cabelo. Tem uma área ao ar livre para refeições, drinks e bate papo muito agradável. Adorei ter ficado lá, porém sugiro que a administração do hotel "lute" com o aeroporto para oferecer linha de ônibus 🚌 que atendam aos hóspedes, pois cada deslocamento hotel x estação de trem custou em média 14E.
