Had a microwave no kitchen. no ventilation.

No kitchen just a microwave on a small bench in a small nook! No sink. Room is a dark box with no window to speak of, just a tiny window that you leave the blind down as another window looks straight in to yours. Small fridge with no light and an overly frozen icebox. TV doesn’t work after 1 minute it’s freezes and remote does not function. You have to turn off from the wall and on again and select your Chanel out of 3 before it freezes again,forget Netflix or YouTube. I suffer from flicker vertigo and as I have a disability I have to use the lift,and the lift had no lights other than a broken led that strobes at lightning speed,I had to cover my eyes while in the dark lift. Bit disappointed you might say. Can’t recommend this place,.Nice to have no contact with customers and use codes for doors ,but you’d better not leave your phone in the room and go out as you won’t get back . Maybe you will write the codes on the back of your hand.

Very good room that is well located in St Helens for all the amenities of the town. Immensely well kept room and the block has great laundry facilities. Piece of feedback puzzled why no shelf for toiletries in shower even thought fittings there and also no door hooks for towels even though holes there. Add to this query why provide a “kitchenette” with all items but have to use bathroom sink to wash items that’s not ideal having to wash and wash up in. Overall good comfortable apartment.

The easiest check in and keyless process ever

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bed was super comfortable and room was really clean. Great location. Would highly recommend.

Easy access to the room,very clean and quiet.King size bed was very comfortable.Great location to walk to nearby eateries.Recommend the RSL club,Easy Tiger for Thai and the Panorama hotel. There could have been more coathangers made available,three were not enough. Water from the shower in suite 5 made the floor slippery and unsafe.More towels left in the cupboard than just two would have been beneficial. Washing up dishes in a small sink next to the toilet is not ideal.Perhaps they could be left unwashed for cleaning staff to put in a dishwasher? Overall a very pleasant stay in a lovely town,close to the stunning Binalong Bay,The Gardens,Peron Dunes,St Columba Falls,Pub in the Paddock etc.

Check in by numbers, no staff on deck. Laundry room open 24 hours and free. A pity no kitchen sink and no advice as to whether unit would be serviced. It wasn't, we washed dishes in bathroom sink. No toaster. A toasted sandwich machine was available.

Lovely room, close to everything

Lovely clean and spacious room right in the heart of town. Would definitely stay again.

The room was clean, spacious and luxurious. It is right in the middle of town and close to everything. An issue on check in was promptly resolved beyond our expectations. We will definitely stay there again.
