I stayed for 2 weeks here and they upgraded me to a full house with the kitchen no extra charge which was very nice of them. The pool is a nice little pool to relax by and its location is perfect for walking to local restaurants in the area. If you don't mind a 15 minute walk the tourist area is pretty close they have stores for anything you need nearby. I’ll definitely be back to use them again! The staff were very friendly and helpful as well.

Great location. Short walk from airport. Situated basically right between airport and downtown. Very convenient! No need for rental cars or taxis. Very clean and very friendly staff. We will be visiting again!

This is a lovely, hidden gem in Cozumel. I wish I had known about it sooner. I stayed in the Saban suite, a spacious, tastefully furnished, very clean, charming palapa with a relaxing private balcony. If you’ve never slept in a palapa, you should try it. Don’t let the “separate bathroom” fool you. It is your private bathroom, and it’s charming, too. The staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds were a lovely, well kept garden, and the pool was beautiful. I recommend this hotel 100%.

The staff were so friendly and helpful (even though I know almost no Spanish, they were very patient). Walkable distance to the downtown with some great food options along the way!
