Parfait!! La terasse du resto! Une des plus belle de Istanbul!

This is my 6th time staying at this hotel, and every visit has been amazing. The staff always recognize you and immediately do their best to help with anything you need. The service is exceptional from the café to every part of the hotel—they make you feel welcome every single day. A special thank you to Mehmet, Jamal, Farid, and Dadash. They are simply the best of the best! They are professional, friendly, caring, and always ready to help with a smile. Their outstanding hospitality is the reason I keep coming back. I highly recommend this hotel, and I can't wait for my next stay!

The rooms are nice but the most beautiful part of the hotel is the restaurant at the terrace. Breathtaking.

The hotel's location is very convenient, TR just a short walk from the tram station. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices. We especially appreciated the helpful front desk staff, who kindly arranged an early check-in and airport transfer for us. We had a very pleasant four-night stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

Excellente expérience Hôtel super propre, bien situé et le personnel d’une gentillesse et disponibilité indescriptibles. Tout était parfait. On remercie le réceptionniste Farit pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Il ne se lasse pas de répondre aux mêmes questions à maintes reprises. Le personnel de la cafétéria aussi très aimable et serviable. J’y reviendrai sûrement si j’avais à revenir à Istanbul.

Je prévoyais d’y rester 3 jours mais compte tenu de la qualité de l’accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, j’ai prolongé mon séjour de 4 jours. L’hôtel est super propre et super bien situé proche d’une station de Tram, de métro et des ferries. Le marché égyptien des épices est à qq minutes de marches. Il ya pleins de restaurants à deux pas de l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Je n’ai pas encore essayé la piscine et le hamam mais ils semblent bien entretenus et propres. Mais le must de cet hôtel est son personnel bien hospitalier, disponible et très aidant. Farid le réceptionniste ne se fatigue pas à répondre à mes multiples questions et requêtes. Il a même remarqué ma date de naissance. J’ai eu donc droit à une petite surprise de l’hôtel avec un gâteau et un petit cadeau. Tout le personnel est vraiment au top. J’y reviendrai pour sûr si j’avais à revenir dans cette magnifique ville.

We loved the breakfast! And they also have sandwiches to go for early morning departure. Also very friendly staff and nice room!

All ok for the price, friendly & helpful staff, quiet location but close enough to main tourist areas for sight seeing without need of transport. Access to nice rooftop restaurant.

The hotel is charming and in a great location for attractions, Staff there are wonderful and very helpful. The room is clean and the triple room third bed was surprisingly not bad. The place was quiet considering it is central old Istanbul, no tram noise etc. Breakfast was good with reasonable choice.
