For the price, this was good. We hope to be back. Many thanks!

Bearing in mind that it is a two star hotel, it was 100% functional and in a good location for public transport. Reasonably priced for Nice.

We are a family of 6 and stayed in mid-June at a time when the country was going through a significant heat wave and needless to say, the humidity made it worse in beautiful Nice. The AC in the room was a life saver! The room and bathroom was very clean. The accommodations don’t offer anything fancy, just the basics, but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly and speak multiple languages - thank you! There is a public laundry facility a block away and a small convenience store for drinks and snacks. About two blocks away is an indoor shopping with a full grocery store. The walk to the promenade next to the beach is about 20 minutes away. Old Nice is an easy walk about 20-25 away. We didn’t have the breakfast at the hotel. We would stay here again.

Gym

Ana at the front desk was excellent. Our room unfortunately lost all power for a few hours but Ana tried to help us and managed to reconnect the power at 1:30am after we’d lost a few hours of sleep - she was excellent very helpful and professional we are very grateful to her…I hope the management recognizes how good an employee she is

This hotel is nearer the port than to Old Town but the location is great! Walkable with far fewer tourists. We loved the local restaurants and lack of tourist shops. The staff were great and so very kind.

Excellent stay in Nice. Very central location close to restaurants and cafes. Minutes' walk to the train station. 20 min train ride to Monaco.

The staff were excellent, very helpful, friendly and courteous, the accommodation was very clean and quiet.
