- Safe Management Measures: All guests must adhere to prevailing government regulations on group sizes and activities. The hotel appreciate all guests to keep noise levels at a minimum so as to not disturb other guests. For guests travelling with multiple rooms, a maximum of two rooms may be assigned to the same floor.

- Hotel’s Renovation Updates: As part of Grand Hyatt Singapore’s upgrading efforts, the Terrace Wing, as well as the facilities and outlets that it houses, such as the swimming pool, Damai Spa & Fitness Centre and Oasis restaurant, is closed for renovations. We expect minimal impact to the day-to-day hotel operations, as the renovation work is confined to a separate wing. Starting from March 2022, some preparatory work for the Grand Wing’s renovation will commence and occasional noise may be experienced. Please rest assured that every effort will be made to minimize any inconvenience during this time and the renovation work will be limited to Mondays – Saturdays (except public holidays), from 09:00hrs to 12:00hrs and from 15:00hrs to 18:00hrs.

Chúng tôi đã có một kỳ nghỉ thú vị tại khách sạn cùng gia đình :) rất thích tầm nhìn và các tiện nghi ở đây, nhìn chung là một khoảng thời gian vô cùng thư giãn.
Chúng tôi đã đến đó cùng 2 cô con gái (5 và 8 tuổi). Căn phòng rộng rãi và thoải mái. Cả 4 người chúng tôi đều có thể ngủ trên chiếc giường cỡ lớn.
Phòng rất rộng và cực kỳ sạch sẽ. Tôi rất thích dịch vụ phòng nhanh chóng vì chúng tôi cần thêm nước. Hy vọng sẽ được quay lại lưu trú lần nữa!
Phòng rất đẹp, à không, là phòng suite, có cả phòng khách và phòng ngủ nên không gian rất rộng rãi. Nội thất có hơi cũ một chút nhưng phòng ốc rất sạch sẽ và ngăn nắp.

Ưu đãi tuyệt vời cho ngày đó. Điểm trừ duy nhất là hồ bơi đang được sửa chữa. Bù lại, vị trí rất tuyệt vời ngay giữa trung tâm thành phố, chỉ cách đường Orchard một quãng ngắn đi bộ.

Khách sạn đẹp và sạch sẽ, rất thích hợp cho một chuyến nghỉ dưỡng ngắn ngày. Chắc chắn tôi sẽ quay lại khách sạn này trong tương lai.
phòng tuyệt vời, hoàn toàn đáng từng xu. Căn hộ dịch vụ rộng hơn dự kiến. Rất thích việc có 2 tivi, một cái ở phòng khách và một cái ở phòng ngủ.
Giá trị tuyệt vời. Phòng sạch sẽ. Vị trí ở khu Orchard, nơi có hầu hết các trung tâm mua sắm như Takashimaya, Isetan Scotts, Tangs,... rất thuận tiện để đi lại.
