- Before booking, please ensure your mobile device is compatible with the local network service provider. No refunds or cancellations can be made due to SIM compatibility issues

- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- The speed of your connection is dependent on your reception
- This is a Data-only SIM card. Calls, texts, or topping up additional credits will not be possible
- The phone mentioned as the following could not be used in our eSIM plan, SIM-locked phone, telecom self-branded phone, 3G phone, modification phone, and phone manufactured in China, Hong Kong and Macau
- Please store the QR Code securely. Once the code is scanned, it cannot be re-issued.
- Please do not jump out the screen during eSIM activation process in order to avoid that system misjudges eSIM deleted.activated.
- Please make sure the Internet is stable during adding eSIM, preventing the eSIM plan from being deleted in case of failure of adding
- If eSIM plan hasn't been used up, users who delete the plan cannot be re-issued a new code or refund. Also, if eSIM plan hasn't been confirmed with KarDear customer service the validity, users who delete the plan cannot be re-issued a new code or refund.
- If the plan you added displays "Activating" continuously, please turn off the old plan. You can turn on all the plan after the new plan is activated.

Rất dễ cài đặt và rất tiện lợi vì chúng ta không cần phải nhận simcard ở sân bay. Chúng tôi cũng đến vào lúc nửa đêm về sáng nên ki-ốt klook vẫn đóng cửa.
