  • This card cannot pick up any incoming or outgoing phone calls
  • The card is valid for 15 days from activation until 11:59pm on the 15th day (Malaysia Time)
  • For SIM card courier services, please allow ample time for the SIM card to be delivered to you
  • SIM card delivery is for West Malaysia only. The delivery to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) is not available
  • If you are using a new phone, please ensure you have used it with a Malaysian SIM card and made calls of at least 10 minutes to unlock or your phone will not be able to use an overseas SIM card
