Room too small, view crappy..of part of a muddy carpark, bathroom tiny, no towel rail, unable to use bath mat because the shower door is tight to the floor At 6.30 am the water was tepid despite waiting, waiting for some heat. The aircon. made an intolerable high pitched whine for the first hour after entering the room....we were issued with ear plugs!!!!!! The main rotating entrance door is a disaster, it either is immovable or it spins like a fan and cools the whole bar area. Basically the infra structure is small, uncomfortable and the same standard as a cheap motel room. I will advise everyone to avoid staying there. The staff are long suffering and excellent as is the dining room.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t fault a thing. The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and well maintained throughout our visit. What truly made the experience stand out was the staff. Every team member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. The housekeeping staff were especially lovely and did an amazing job keeping everything spotless. A special thank you to Mikayla at reception, who made both check-in and check-out so easy and stress-free. She was professional, helpful, and genuinely went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Overall, an amazing experience from start to finish. Highly recommend and would happily stay again.😊
