The hotel is ideally situated in Kenitra (30 km from Rabat). It is built on a plot of 10,000 m², nestled in the middle of an area of greenery. Public transport is accessible from the hotel and the railway station is roughly 2 km away. The beach is around 13 km from the hotel. Rabat-Salé Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 30 km and Casablanca-Anfa Airport is about 130 km away. The hotel's 75 rooms are situated around the swimming pool and around the garden. The hotel provides a restaurant with a capacity of 100 seats, a bar, a pub, a snack bar, a café and a disco. Guests are welcomed to the establishment in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service.
