They kept $50 of my deposit and have refused to return it to me.

Solo stay

I stayed in this hostel on different occasions. This time, someone stole my suitcase from the luggage room. A police report was filed and incident was reported to the management. The managent says they do not have security cameras in the luggage room and cannot identify who took my suitcase.

Nice front desk staff and staff in general but the other guest in the room do not shower and the room smells like a landfill.

(+): New/modern/clean/nice place. Location. (-): No kitchen, no microwaves, no fridge, nowhere to store food. We all have to eat out. A low buget trip ends up being HIGH budget. People keep turning off the AC in the room and putting it warm - there should be a way the temperature can't be changed.
