Friendly staff. Great location . Bright and positive vibe.

Urban Loft was a great experience. The room was extremely clean and well maintained. Furthermore, the space was large enough for two people with a nice view. The staff could've been more helpful. When we walked in, it was unclear where to check in with no/minimal signage. When we found the staff on the way in, they just pointed us to the iPads, but on the way out, they wanted to press everything on the iPad for us.

The sixth floor terrace wasn’t advertised but was really nice to enjoy with a drink and appetizer from the bar and grill downstairs. It had a great view. Loved all the handy shelves in the room!

So many good things to recommend about this hip hotel. Problems, however, to note: A/C struggles to keep up with serious summer heat. Plan accordingly. Free coffee service was down for four of my six days there. Bubbly water was down for three days. Noise from the street is only a problem when sirens blare. Now the good: all new, clean, functional. Room/bath have all you need. Windows open in case you need some fresh air. Curtains are blackout, very useful. Beds comfortable and new. Staff was exceptional, kind, helpful, and ready to answer any questions. Location is perfect: ten minutes walk from Hbf. Good coffee shops nearby, good restaurants nearby. Recommended.

Was a good hotel, with nice bar/restaurant, but unfortunately the air con wasn’t working and heard from other guests it was an ongoing issue which made the night I stayed incredibly uncomfortable given the heat

Funky modern hotel conveniently located less than 10 minute walk from Haufbhanhof (central train station). Clean, quiet with free access to drinking water 24/7 and they offer free coffee from 23:30-11:30. Good breakfast buffet available. Very friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint was that the AC did not work so the room was average 26 degrees even with the window open. But otherwise great place to stay.

Nice hotel nice location nice staff it’s very quiet. The only problem I had is it was warm and my air-conditioning would not really work, but it was warm in the hotel as a as a whole so I’m not sure if it worked at all that’s the only complaint. I love that we had free water to drink and coffee and great lobby.

URBAN LOFT was a lovely place to stay for a week long trip to Berlin. It’s a short walk to the main train station where it is very easy to get anywhere else you’d like to go (get the travel pass, you’ll use it a lot). There are plenty of local cafes, restaurants and other places to eat and drink we found these all reasonably priced and always tasty. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were always super clean and has great water pressure. The bed was very soft which was okay. The place is easy to recommend. However, the only downside is the air conditioning (AC), we stayed during the May heatwave and the room during the day and late evening stayed at 25-30 degrees. When the AC was on it would only go as low as 19 degrees and was not in the slightest cooling the room. When asking the staff they told us the AC is working as hard as it can across the building. The only way to cool the room was leaving the balcony door and blind open to let the cool night air come in.
