We found we had no hot water in sink or shower about 930pm on day of check in. As the pool was still in use we thought maybe have better luck in morning. Still no hot water. And our phone didn’t work. My husband walked to desk to discover no one was there and when calling number in a posting was told no one comes until 9am. We had to attend UCSC commencement with spit bathes. When we returned we had the same situation and the promised plumber had not come. We requested a different room which was two doors done and all worked great. I feel we should be compensated for the lack of hot water and phone but manager doesn’t come in until after we were leaving for home. There are no amenities except soap A shower cap would be helpful. Location is great.

The pool was ok. Empty coffee cups sat in the parking lot for hours. Broken trim in the room and unfinished carpentry under oven hood, no pots or pans and couldnt use the kitchen we extra for without pans or utensils. It would have been cheaper to have just two beds. The door in the bathroom was eaten through the bottom of door I am assuming from pets. No mirror in the room except bathroom. Internet was always going out due to many people and tv the same, not to mention we were locked out of our room the last night and the area around hotel had sketchy people.

there was visible sheetrock exposed in the bathroom, and the towels were so small we needed two to dry ourselves properly. the cleaning staff was very helpful. We will not be staying at this property again, the value is not worth the cost.

10 min walk from boardwalk but we just drove. Pool had only 5 seats. Water in pool looks dirty. The size of room and price was good.

First off when we checked in the clerk wouldn’t even help us. He just pointed to a kiosk where a guy on a web cam made be email a photo of my id. They called us to tell us we needed to have a 100 dollar deposit and never returned it and had to pay full price in the room. When we got to our room the door was OPEN. and all the windows and blinds wouldn’t shut 0 privacy. Just an overall away experience.

I was surprised how pleasent our stay was and how helpful the staff. I will be staying here again the next time in town.
