Unfriiendly reception When I check in and the room wasn’t clean… hair everywhere in the room( in the bed,chair,towel). The towels are dirty and the sofa is dirty but although it has been replaced with another sofa it is still dirty and the manager is very kind and professional apologizes to us. Breakfast there is a requirement to wear shoes, you should not wear sandals, but many people wear sandals. They make rules but they are not obeyed. And the breakfast is not good either.

Amazing accommodations! Due to my status with Hotels.come we were upgraded to a GORGEOUS one-bedroom suite with kitchenette, living room, HUGE bathtub, with robes and slippers. We drove through a BERY sketchy section of town to get there…so all of a sudden I was doubting my choice! BUT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The extensive complimentary breakfast buffet offered food from all continents. You will LOVE IT!

Comfortable hoyel stay in south Jakarta. The Elite lounge was great value and gave us a quiet place to meet. There is a full range of amenities plus live music in the lobby. There is a shopping centre with great supermarket 7 min walk away. We will stay here again on our next visit

Solo stay ¡ Para sa negosyo

Stayed at RA Suites Simatupang for two nights during a business trip, and it was such a pleasant experience! Their one-bedroom suite is incredibly spacious, making it perfect for both work and relaxation. A nice surprise was the Dolce Gusto machine provided in the room—definitely a great touch for coffee lovers! Breakfast was beyond expectations—so extraaaa! I got totally distracted by their fluffy pancakes and delicious lapis legit. Such a treat! 😍 One thing to note: avoid arriving during rush hour after work, as traffic can be quite tough in that area. Also, I found it interesting that their toilet system uses recycled water, something I haven’t seen in other hotels before! Overall, a great stay—thank you, RA Suites Simatupang! Would love to come back.

This could and should be a really nice hotel as plenty of money has been spent on the building facilities etc but the staff have to be the most disorganised hotel team I’ve ever seen. Everything from reception to the various restaurants etc was a nightmare to deal with just ruined the stay completely.
