The hotel property does not disclose that they cannot accomodate any suv or larger in their parking structure. We had to park and walk from Don Quiote parking structure to and from hotel to get car. Very inconvenient, had i known this i would have booked at a hotel with actual parking on property.

Hotel has great location, relaxed vibe, nice rooms, helpful staff, and is a great value. Highlights were the breakfast and onsen. Very happy I stayed here.

Beautiful hotel, well designed and furnished rooms. The staff is amazing, extremely friendly, hospitable and always ready to help. The breakfast is super high quality. Washers and dryers in the building is awesome, I just wish they have more washer and dryer units to accommodate the high demand.

The hotel is quite new and has a large public bath upstairs. However, the air circulation inside was not very good, possibly due to the number of users. Improving this would make the stay even better.
