Hotel was lovely and clean, staff all very polite and helpful,hotel is in a good area close enough to most attractions and transport links, rooftop bar was lovely, would definitely stay again

I often don’t like larger hotels because I find them impersonal, but though the Savoy is fairly large, it felt intimate. If we needed anything, the front desk staff was eager and accommodating. The room was clean, came with everything we needed. Lovely experience altogether. Would stay there again and recommend it.

This is a lovely hotel in a location that is convenient to two different metro lines. The staff here were very friendly and helpful. And the bakery around the corner (VAJ) is a MUST visit.

Lovely clean and stylish hotel. Room sizes perfect. Buffet breakfast was great with lots of options, the roof top bar was a nice place to chill after a busy day, I would defiantly recommend this place. Great location.

The location is very convenient to everything, like metro and Tram stations, supermarket and restaurants. The room is very clean and washroom is roomy. The breakfast was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay in the EST grand Hotel Savoy.

The hotel and facilities were good, the breakfast selection was very good. The staff were very friendly. The downside was due to an oversight on my part I failed to request twin bed rooms which proved inconvenient for an all male party.
