We chose this guest house because of the excellent reviews. We were not let down, it was exceptional. Everything we wanted and more! Very nice hosts, very clean room with all we wanted. A surprisingly full breakfast that was fresh and tasty.
We would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Lymington and if we return this will be our accommodation.

Lovely place, very welcoming. Everything was explained to me on arrival, couldn't have been more helpful.
Room was very clean and had all i needed for my stay.
didn't have breakfast as I had an early start.
Would definitely stay again if in the area. Thank you.
