Excellent! Wonderful staff

The property was very beautiful and located in a great spot to do things around Cusco. The loght in the bathroom didn't work and there was an issue with water leaking onto the floor, but otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

Excellent service! The house is very comfortable and feel like old times. Very nice! Close to Siete Borreguitos! And 10m walk to plaza central. Recommend 💯

The vibe of the place was fun

Breakfast was average, small portions, no variety. Laundry service was efficient.

Upon first arriving, I was out of breath from how much I had to hike uphill to get to the property. This wasn’t a surprise, since one of the reviews had mentioned it. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The first thing I noticed about the room is the walls are very* thin. You will hear other guests and footsteps easily… and when I tried to take a hot shower, my hot water didn’t work. It took a short while to get moved to a new room. I was so tired from hiking Salkantay, I was happy to finally take a hot shower and get to bed. The bed was warm and comfy and I was happy the room came with a heater. The breakfast is nottt friendly for anyone with dietary restrictions- you get crusty bread, cheese, ham, and eggs. I got fruit (1 banana & 1 tangerine) because I didn’t eat any of it. That was definitely disappointing… and then when I got back to my room, I smelled cigarette smoke because the walls are so thin, the windows also have cracks that let outside air in. At that point, I felt complete with my stay and left early, even cancelled the scheduled taxi I had and got my own taxi on the road.

Vinieron a las 1 de la mañana tocarnos la puerta de la pieza para decirnos que se habían equivocado con la pieza que nos habían dado y que nos teníamos que cambiar ahora mismo de pieza, a pesar de que estábamos en pijama y con todo desarmado. Además el baño asqueroso, en la ducha había un parque curita (band aid) usado, un moco y pelos de huéspedes anteriores. El desayuno pésimo, dos panes añejos y cero variedad.

We arrived to find our room was not cleaned and had urine on the washroom. The staff apoligized but we had to explicitly request a new room. Even in the room the quality was bad. There was no trashcan, old furniture, marks and holes in the walls, the duvet was stained and the floor was dirty. The washroom had mold on the ceiling and had exposed pipes. Atmost a 1 star hotel, we ended up leaving and not staying a night since it was too unclean and uncomfortable.

The staff was sweet, but the hotel does rest on a steep hill and the rooms and amenities were average
