The property was nice, it was spacious and clean and the breakfast was delicious with lots of options and kind helpful staff members. The laundry was great with no charges, they had a small gym and a nice outdoor area. The hotel itself was very far from anything so I needed to didi to most places, there was a small supermarket about a 10 min walk away but there was nothing else nearby even restaurants so that was really inconvenient. I dont think I would return only because of the location but nothing to do with the hotel itself.

What an excellent stay! The staff were super helpful and kind. We were provided with recommended local attractions to visit and local restaurants to try in Suzhou. The free laundry facilities were also extremely handy given we were travelling light. The rooms were good sized and very clean. Another particularly helpful feature in the room was that the windows were fitted with mosquito netting that kept the bugs away while we enjoy some of the autumnal breeze in the evenings. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

The front desk clerks couldn't speak English but they did try to help best they could. The breakfast was not that good and worker didn't refill any food or drink. The ladies at the breakfast area were really rude and yelling at all the guests. The room was ok, the bed and pillows were really nice and comfy. The shower was good but the toilet always had problem flushing.
