Ink was absolutely tremendous. Fantastic server. Nobody serves tables better than Ink, believe me. She was friendly, attentive, and always right there when we needed something. The service was smooth, efficient, and done with a great attitude. She made our entire dining experience better. People are saying it's five-star service, and frankly, they're right. If you get Ink as your server, you're going to have a great time. Highly recommended!

Hotel is great as long as you have kids up to 14. Beside that its loud and the food is not good. Breakfast area is huge and crowded, very loud and food is Asian style, the croissants are defrosted and not fresh. One coffe machine for the whole room. In short Breakfast needs improvments. Beside that its all clean and huge. Its not a redo for me.

Cannot fault this hotel except for it being a little too “Disney” for me. I should have researched it better. Also several problems with reservations at the property restaurants. They were very confused and after four separate calls from them to change restaurant, view and menu I decided to cancel and go elsewhere. But the property itself is very nice, i just personally like a more adult property and a little less costly.
