The hotel was very nice. Everything was nice and clean. The room was very comfortable and secure. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I look forward to staying there again.

Checkin was painful; gym is next to laundry room, so hot (who designed that plan?), elevator was not working during 5 days of my stay, hot water was not working 1 day, no pet area anywhere near the hotel, breakfast was pretty awful… overall it was a bad experience.

60 years old. Best hotel room I've EVER stayed in. 23rd floor. Corner room with two full walls of glass. Views of the city were nothing less than spectacular! Every time I came back to my room it made me smile! Huge TV. Comfy bed and pillows. Huge shower with high pressure. What else could you ask for?
