Overall, the hotel’s location and cleanliness were excellent. The staff were polite and helpful, and the front desk kindly allowed us to check in early upon request. The breakfast was nice, although the dining area was a bit small and finding a seat could be challenging due to the number of guests. The rooms were clean, and the hotel provides a free shuttle service back to JB City Square, but it is advisable to book your seat early. The only downside was that the air conditioning in one of our rooms was quite noisy and loud, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. Despite this issue, I would gladly return to this hotel again.

I had an event at Persada Johor International Convention Centre, and the hotel is just 2 mins walk down. Super convenient. It is in a quiet location so less jams getting there and back.

Decent breakfast with store to cook eggs and also noodles section. The in house video uses all staff for the production - good idea. Near the kotajail and zoo so a worthwhile visit while staying here. Compliment to Citra and Sham - friendly and welcoming. The room is relatively near just some piping sound in the room on and off from room 524.

the hotel and the rooms were super clean. we enjoyed our stay. The checkin process took only 2 mins to complete and it was a breeze. definitely recommend stay at this hotel. They also have a complimentary shuttle from CIQ. the breakfast was good, they had a good spread.
