Kamangha-mangha Bottles of water were supplied in a fridge as well as a fan. Both super considerate with how hot the weather had been. Staff also looked after our luggage until late as we had a concert before we were able to check in. Everyone was super friendly and kind

The bed was comfortable and the pizza at the pub was good, my only positives.
The carpet was very old and things are not in the best condition. There’s no a/c and the room was hot! There were no shutters, just a curtain on the window. We had to keep the window open to get air but there was no breeze. The street is very busy and the outdoor area of the pub is very loud until closing time 11pm or 12am. We did not sleep well here. I was glad to leave.

A great find and great hotel. Only 20 minute walk from Royal Featival Hall. So if you want a hotel not in a tourist area and do not mind a nice stroll then this is the place to go. Will definitely stay here again when next in London.

Great location and brilliant pub with a range of drinks and excellent pizza. The staff were also helpful and accommodating.
The room was very hot and stuffy and needs a bit of a refresh - especially the bathroom.

The hotel was nice, the staff was friendly, and the pub downstairs was lively. Overall, the room was nicely sized, clean, and comfortable. However--and unfortunately--our trip landed during a heatwave, and the room was impossible to moderate the heat. We were on the first floor and our room was 33C the entire stay, even when the temp outside dropped to mid-20C in the evening. I would not suggest staying during summer months at all. But any other time of year I would consider returning, as it was relatively well positioned for being in a quiet neighborhood, close to bus stops, and a 10 minute walk from Bakerloo. And again, the staff was friend and the room was nice, it's just an old building that is not capable of standing up to our changing climate.

The hotel is situated in a great location - close to all the main attractions, but in a much quieter area, so away from the crowds. It was great to stay above an authentic English local pub. The staff at the pub were very nice and a special shout out to Ray who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The pub food was very good and the pints of beer were poured to perfection!

Kamangha-mangha Really lovely little place to stay and comfortable. In good waffling distance for two tube lines and from central London. Lovely places to eat close by.
The bathroom lights weren't working during our stay and a small lamp had already been provided for the bedside lamps working. Hopefully they will have resolved that.
It's not a great place to stay if you have mobility needs as every room was upstairs. Water pressure is also poor on the top floor. We were happy to make do for the price

Stayed here whilst we had the mini heatwave and it was very hot but the staff were excellent in trying to do everything they could to cool the room down. Would recommend you invest in air con! Particular shout to Ray who was especially helpful. The rooms are over a pub which does really good pizzas until quite late so good if you are arriving a bit later on. A little bit of a walk to the nearest tube stations but also on loads of bus routes.
