Loved the hotel, offered everything you need including incredible breakfast & Dinner dining. Was perfect and in the heart of Copenhagen for shopping, exploring and eating.

This hotel is in a great location right outside Copenhagen Central station. They offered online check-out so you don't have to queue at reception on your way out. You could order amenities (cutlery, extra towels etc) for your room on an app. If you opt out of daily housekeeping, you get a free drink per guest for each day you skip housekeeping, which we didn't redeem but we thought it was a nice touch. There were a few mysterious stains on the carpet but the room was otherwise clean. We had a lovely stay overall.

Rooms are super clean with all amenities needed. Breakfast was fantastic, fresh and so delicious and within walking distance to shopping & restaurants.

good location, comfortable bed, nicely designed room and nice staff. The room itself was very small so would only recommend it for a short city break if you have little luggage. Would have made a big difference having somewhere to hang wet towels. Overall, we had a good stay and would return. Good value for money. Many thanks

The air conditioner in my room dripped water onto the floor — the staff at the front desk were very helpful and got me a new room, and seemed unsurprised by the leak. Room was clean and hotel was in a great location
