The room was comfortable, clean & nicely furnished but the shower floor & tiles were quite mouldy. The downstairs toilets needed a good clean too. A good breakfast was available but the eggs were cold. The restaurant meal and staff was excellent The hospitality staff and chef were exceptionally good & went out of their way to provide excellent service, as we were having a birthday celebration there. Every aspect of our event was well planned and managed & everything went well.

Clean, good size rooms which were comfortable although the mattress was soft. Breakfast in the hot food section was just warm at best.

Quite a nice property with large rooms and in good condition. Everything felt clean and comfortable. Free onsite parking was a little bit tight for a large car, but overall the property was convenient and at a great rate. Highly recommend and expect to stay again when in the area.

Very large room with two queen beds. Noisy fan in bathroom when light switched on. Could have used a shower cap.. Restaurant food was excellent and well priced. Helpful staff.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, the toilet seat was broken in the upstairs toilets The single bed upstairs should now be slept on. It was as hard as a rock, the floor would have been softer to sleep on

House keeping failed to clean our room when requested to do so. No teaspoons in the room with tea/coffee making amenities. Reception staff were helpful and courteous. Overall a basic stay hotel close to shopping centre and good off street parking
