What an amazing hotel. Everything here was outstanding. The staff were all friendly, helpful and fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Clean rooms, lovely pool and about half way down Chaweng Beach. We came just after Songkran, April 18th so it was nice, peaceful and relaxing. The beach here was white sands and crystal clear waters. You could talk a 15/20 min walk at night to find lively bars and restaurants. A little piece of paradise!

Magandang
The shower did not drain properly, so there was water that needed to be wiped off the bathroom floor each time. The pool music was loud and repetitive - we did not find this relaxing.

Located on the the most beautiful beach the hotel was excellent in all aspects. Helpful, friendly staff; high quality amenities and close to restaurants, bars, transport and other locations in Samui. I highly recommend this hotel.

A hotel with a very poor level of maintenance, we invested so much money in this vacation and in the end we arrive at a hotel of such a poor level, it seems that with the investment of the hotel owners they could have upgraded it to an outstanding level until they did not do it, for those looking for a clean and tidy hotel that will prevent them from coming here, the staff tried every way to help, but it was beyond their ability. It is dirt that has taken root deep into all the room facilities, it is unpleasant to shower there, we had to shower with shoes on, it is unpleasant to sleep and not touch the bed linens, it sucks, so we left the hotel in the middle of our stay, the hotel was not willing to refund our money and did not even agree to a partial credit, we moved to another hotel in order not to ruin our entire vacation, pay attention before you choose a hotel!!

Rooms and bathroom need an overhaul. Some drawers to put things away would help and more shelves in the bathroom. Breakfast only adequate. Not much selection and often had to ask for things to be replenished.
