Kitchens are fully equiped with stove, microwave, fridge/freezer etc. All apartments have gas and electric heating, electric blankets, all linen supplied together with self-cook breakfasts. Fans and air conditioning for cooling. At the rear of the property is a gas bbq with outdoor eating area, guest laundry (coin op) and spa suite with 2 person corner spa. There is parking on the property and on the street outside. Milroy Apartments are a 2-3 minute walk to the RSL and the restaurants, bars, cafes and shops of Katoomba.
