The staff is extremely helpful and accomodating! My family and I stayed for a few nights in two separate but adjacent rooms. There are lots of restaurant to choose from along the main road. M son forgot something in the room and when we contacted the hotel, they were quick to resolve the problem.

Solo stay

It was my first time in Yokohama and I was so impressed with this hotel. The staff was nice and friendly. The room was great and the location was close to Cosmo world and many of the nearby attractions. It was just a short walk to the Yokohama Air Cabins and ferris wheel and access to the subway was just around the corner. I was able to do a lot of site-seeing despite only being in the area for one day.
