This four-star hotel lives up to its name and brand. Flawless stay. Easy checkin, wonderful lobby (with a very nice wine bar). The room was superb: spacious (for a couple), clean, and well-furnished. All details taken care of. Our room did not have a balcony (it was summer--too hot outside anyway) so it was larger inside. Bathroom was excellent. Highly recommended!

The first room we were assigned was over the disco, so the noise and bass vibration was a bit much. After that first night we asked to be moved and the new room was located away from the disco, which was great. The room was fine and the staff were nice. I don't think I have stayed in this hotel chain before so was probably was expecting a bit more than what was delivered.

Another lovely stay at this hotel, close to Atocha station and the Prado art museum. Easy check in with friendly staff. Spacious quiet room, comfortable bed. Nice bar/restaurant on the premises too.

Solo stay

Helpful and efficient front desk staff. Room was clean and the television had the BBC, Bloomberg, and other English language stations. Very close to Atocha train station and the Prado museum as well as the botanical garden.

Perfect for a quick stay! The location couldn't be more convenient for the train station, and the staff were incredibly welcoming—helping arrange a taxi and even offering complimentary coffee in the morning. A lovely experience all around.

The hotel is well-situated for the big Galleries, the Retiro Park, and the Botanic Gardens. There are plenty of good restaurants and bars in the locality. I had one meal in the hotel restaurant: it was very nicely served. I did not breakfast in the hotel, I prefer to go out and find a bar or cafe. The room was clean and comfortable; I had a balcony looking out east over the trees of the Botanic Garden. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.
