Incredible service. The best of any hotel, including Rosewoods, Four Seasons, and The Ritz in any location. Everything is personalized and so special. My favorite hotel that I continue to stay at as often as possible.

I stayed at Clement Palo Alto, and my experience was outstanding. The entire team put a tremendous amount of energy, care, and attention into every detail to exceed our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Their commitment to exceptional service and hospitality truly made our stay memorable. This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I’d definitely return. The room was immaculate, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was exceptional—attentive, kind, and always ready to assist. They even went above and beyond by placing a dog bed and dog bowl in our suite for my chihuahua upon our arrival.

Loved the all inclusive aspect, I don’t drink but they give you a nice bottle of wine in your room. The food was delicious and the staff was wonderful! I would stay here again for sure!

We had an absolutely wonderful and memorable stay. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel truly welcome. The staff is exceptionally professional, attentive, and genuinely kind — the level of service is outstanding. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Every meal felt like a special experience. The atmosphere of the hotel is elegant, relaxing, and perfectly designed for a comfortable family stay.
