Good location. The accommodation was passable and if you just need a bed and a walk name location, this place is fine. The gentleman working when we arrived was friendly enough. The woman working the front desk later in the day was very unfriendly and not very helpful. She looked irritated when I asked for information. The issue I encountered: I left my iPhone in the room. I discovered this once we landed in our next destination. I immediately messaged the hotel. NO RESPONSE. I waited and sent another message 24 hour+ later. NO RESPONSE. Again I waited more than a full day. NO RESPONSE. I am very disappointed and I was hoping to get some communication so I could figure out a way to get my phone back. BUT I AM BEING COMPLETELY IGNORED. When I travel, the most important thing for me is the experience and how I am treated.

The location of the hotel is very good and convenient for visiting Amsterdam. It is close to the central station, canals, restaurants, and many tourist attractions, which made exploring the city easy and enjoyable. However, we were disappointed with the first room we received. The room was extremely small, especially considering the high price we paid for the stay. It felt cramped for two people with luggage and did not provide the level of comfort we expected for the cost. The hotel itself was generally clean and the staff were acceptable, but overall the value for the price was not great. The main issue was definitely the size of the room compared to the expensive rate. If location is your priority, this hotel works well, but travelers should be aware that some rooms can be very small for the price.

Rooms were tiny from what we were used to. Location was excellent for trains and tours but it was on the fringe of the Red Light District resulting in excessive noise from locals in the laneways. Poor sound proofing from outside. Staff were good to great.

Perfect hotel for our last night in Amsterdam. Close to everything. Incredibly helpful staff. Lovely breakfast included. (The room was small but we knew that when we booked it.) Would stay again.
