The staff were lovely. The room was clean and had so many things for the kids to do around the park. We loved our stay.

The park itself was great. Great facillities, except the splash park was not operational. The staff, however, were not very welcoming. Kept us waiting to check in while they took a phone call for almost 10 minutes, after we had been driving for almost 3 hours and had 4 kids sitting in the car waiting to get in the pool. A few other interactions with them over our short stay had a similar vibe - not very friendly.
