Magandang Very bad for our first night as we were given a weird room with long steep stairs inside the room to connect the bathroom and the bedroom. Request to change immediately to a normal Classic room but was directed to a smelly small room on the first floor. We’re told no more options and we could only accept the room with stairs. The next day we managed to change to a normal classic room, but we’re told they have upgraded us and we should have been really grateful! I just think this is what we should have and this is not at your mercy! And the weird thing is we were told to paid a 200 euro deposit but it was not mentioned at the booking. We we checked out the same lady charged us the deposit said it will only be refunded at the end of the day! We are leaving but we were not given the deposit right away, what’s is this for? Not a good experience as we were not treated friendly even we had paid all the hotel room fee well before we arrived at the hotel!
